Bill Posters will be prosecuted.. and so will anyone else trying to brighten up this dreary city with so called street art.. that type of creativity is unorthorised.
this is a tribute to the kids who bomb the streets, and smash pasteups even when they have been done, and their work is getting cleaned off before you can say sterile state.. And a message To the buff monsters and councils who pay for all that poo coloured paint,.. lighten up! Its just a bit of art.
